I went in because I was having problems with my alternator and everyone here was so friendly! I came in at around 4:30 pm and I was gone (with a new alternator and belts) before they even closed at 6. Super transparent service and price. Highly recommend!

My Expectation & Judgement : This business owners run by Father ( look younger ) & Son ( Knowledge, understand, friendly ), My dad has been with them since years to do all service & repair from small and big problem engine and electrical for his 2010 BMW 750, and they always told the truth of the problem and they are the best PRICE AND QUALITY job you can't find anywhere else. No other mechanic service and repair in NEW YORK has full understanding about EUROPEAN CAR, also you can call and ask 100 question to them with out any problem and they answer all of them, and always make you feel Peace and Satisfied. My family and I had been going to them for several years. They are not only very trusting, but are also reliable with their honest work. The last work they had done to my car was repairing the right fender. They ordered, installed, and painted it in a timely fashion. I am very pleased and happy with their work!

I take my two cars to village auto for most of my mechanical work these guys are professional very affordable compared to some places I try to get a quote from, these guys definitely know what they are doing I would recommend them to any having a auto repair issues respect to everyone at village auto.

I started taking my 2010 Honda Accord to Village Auto about 2 years ago. Recently, I took my car there as it had been in an accident, and had been severely damaged- inside and outside.!When I arrived to pick up my car 5 days later as they had promised, I wasn’t disappointed. I was amazed!! My car looked almost brand new and drives smoothly. I am grateful to Roger and Junior who are always honest, respectful and professional when dealing with their customers. I am completely satisfied with the cost to repair, as well as the finished product.

After getting a quote for my brake and rotors from a mechanic I am familiar with. I chose to dig deeper for a second opinion. I found Village Auto online through a Google search, and I decided to check them out. What came of it was an honorable, honest, and quick service with a price that was less than my original shop. Roger put my car on the lift, showed me exactly what needed to be done, and called multiple parts suppliers in front of me to assure I was getting the best price. That immediately showed me that this business had nothing to hide. This was super helpful and anxiety-reducing. This is a professional business that I will continue to come to for anything auto-related that they cover. I highly recommend.

I took my Land Rover to the dealership for diagnostics of a strange sound that has been occurring consistently and that no one including the dealership was able to figure out, and was skeptical of the assessment the dealer provided and the cost that they quoted for the repairs. I took my car to Village Auto Clinic for a second opinion, and through their diligence they quickly identified the issue and applied the repairs. Unlike the dealer who seem to have misidentified the issue after spending multiple days with the car, Village Auto Clinic’s integrity saved me a lot of money by identifying the true issue and providing the repairs at a much more affordable cost. I am overall extremely happy with their service, and will be taking my car to this shop for diagnostics and repairs moving forward, as opposed to the dealership who is supposed to have trained technicians. Village Auto Clinic seems to be more knowledgeable about these cars than the dealership is with their trained technicians.

Went to Village Auto Clinic for a complete new set of brakes & putting on a ride height sensors on my car. They took their time & made sure that everything was correctly & properly install, let alone have you my old brakes were completely rusty & beatup. No issues, car runs smooth & rides great. Will be going back if I am in need of any repair for my car. Staff was friendly, kind & very informative. Highly recommend.
